Internet sources report that the Chinese company Xiaomi, along with its brands, will announce at least three smartphones based on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 hardware platform in the coming months.

As a reminder, the flagship Snapdragon 888 chip debuted last week. It integrates a powerful Cortex-X1 core, three high-performance Cortex-A78 cores, and four energy-efficient Cortex-A55 cores. The high-performance accelerator Adreno 660 is responsible for graphics processing. There is an integrated Snapdragon X60 5G modem with a data transfer rate of up to 7.5 Gb / s.

By the end of this month, Xiaomi may present a smartphone Mi 11 with a Snapdragon 888 processor. It will allegedly receive a Quad HD + display with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz.

A little later, Xiaomi announces a device based on the Snapdragon 888 under the Redmi brand – it could be the Redmi K40 Pro model. It is claimed that at the start of sales, this device will become one of the most affordable smartphones on the flagship Qualcomm processor.

Finally, it became known that the release of the Black Shark gaming smartphone from the Xiaomi sub-brand is coming, the “heart” of which will also be the Snapdragon 888 chip. This device is created according to a project codenamed Emperor. The novelty will stand out for its aggressive design and special gaming features.
