Together with the world’s first smartwatch running HarmonyOS, the Chinese company Huawei has officially unveiled the world’s first tablet running on a proprietary operating system, the MatePad Pro.

The gadget is equipped with an OLED screen diagonal 12.6 inch and a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels with a peak brightness of 400 cd / m2, a contrast ratio of 1,000,000: 1, a coverage of the DCI P3 color space of 100% and a TÜV Rheinland Full Care Display 2.0 certification, confirming the highest level of care for the user’s eyesight.

The novelty is based on the flagship 5nm Kirin 9000E processor with a 22-core Mali-G78 GPU and a separate NPU for artificial intelligence applications. The tablet is equipped with a Wi-Fi 6+ module, which provides data download at speeds up to 1.6 Gb / s, and 29 antennas at once, guaranteeing stable reception under any circumstances.

Also worth highlighting is the extremely advanced audio system with eight speakers. The battery with a capacity of 10,050 mAh provides 14 hours of video playback, 9 hours in the browser and 17 days in standby mode.
