Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and WhatsApp CEO Will Cathcart told reporters that the messenger will soon receive support for simultaneous operation on four devices, and an iPad application will also be released.

Previously, access to chats via WhatsApp Web was only possible with an active connection to the main device. If the device was discharged or lost access to the network, then access to the web was also lost.
