The vivo company has patented a very unusual smartphone: a mini-drone is hidden in the body, which can be used for aerial photography.
The drone is equipped with four propellers and two cameras. The first shoots straight, and the second is directed downward.
Will the smartphone be bulky?
Not. Surprisingly, according to the patent images, the thickness of the smartphone will remain “standard” for modern devices. But the “insides” will have to be sacrificed. The battery capacity is likely to be severely reduced.
Whether such a device will ever appear is a mystery. The patent doesn’t say anything at all. Interesting, futuristic, but very impractical and probably expensive.
