Honor has confirmed on Weibo that the Honor 50 smartphone with 12GB of RAM will go on sale in China the day after tomorrow, July 16th. It will cost $ 525. Previously released versions, with 8/128 GB and 8/256 GB of memory, are offered for 417 and 463 dollars, respectively.
The Honor 50, 50 Pro and 50 SE smartphones went on sale in China this June. The manufacturer said that smartphones are very popular, in connection with which Honor needed to increase the pace of production.
The Honor 50 is equipped with a 6.57-inch curved OLED screen that supports 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch layer polling rate. The device is built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G mobile platform with an Adreno 642L GPU. It supports Honor GPU Turbo X and Link Turbo technologies.
The main camera is equipped with image sensors with a resolution of 108, 8, 2 and 2 megapixels, the front camera is 32 megapixel. The device is powered by a 4300 mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging technology.
The smartphone runs Android 11 out of the box with its own Magic UI 4.2.
