A fresh leak, cited by reputable insider Evan Blass, revealed the design of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro wireless earbuds, which are expected to launch alongside the flagship Galaxy S21 smartphones. Unlike the Galaxy Buds Live, the upcoming Galaxy Buds Pro will have a more familiar design with vacuum rubber tips. However, the charging case design is very similar to the one that comes with the Buds Live.
According to this leak, the new device will boast Active Noise Canceling support. Also, the charging case will receive an increased battery compared to the Galaxy Buds Live. Recall that the Buds Live case is equipped with a battery with a capacity of 472 mAh. It is enough for 19 hours of headphone operation with the active noise canceling function disabled. When activated, this time is reduced to 17 hours. That is, the new Buds Pro will be able to work longer.
It is assumed that the new Galaxy Buds Pro wireless earbuds will receive touch control and support for the Samsung Bixby voice assistant. The estimated cost of the upcoming device has not yet been disclosed.
