Nubia has officially announced the Red Magic 6R gaming smartphone, which has become the lightest and thinnest gaming mobile phone, as previously reported. The device is only 7.8 mm thick and weighs 186 g.
Nubia Red Magic 6R features a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, which supports image refresh rates up to 144 Hz and a maximum brightness of 770 cd / m22… Nubia Red Magic 6R users can choose from 30, 60, 90, 120 and 144 Hz modes. The screen also supports a touch layer polling rate of up to 400 Hz.
The Nubia Red Magic 6R has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, which is complemented by 6, 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 128 or 256 GB of UFS 3.1 flash memory. The smartphone runs the Redmagic OS 4.0 shell based on Android 11 out of the box.
The Nubia Red Magic 6R has two additional buttons on the side for easy control in games. The main camera is equipped with image sensors with a resolution of 64, 8, 5 and 2 megapixels, the front camera is 16 megapixel. The smartphone received a sub-screen fingerprint scanner and stereo speakers. The Red Magic 6R is powered by a 4200mAh battery that supports 55W fast charging.
The basic version with 6/128 GB of memory costs 470 dollars, the version with 8/128 GB of memory will cost 518 dollars, for 12/128 GB they ask for 564 dollars, and the top version with 12 / GB is offered for 611 dollars.
A special version of the Victorious Fighting Buddha Edition Red Magic 6R with a black and yellow back panel costs $ 626, it has 12/256 GB of memory.
