Philips has officially presented a new top-end monitor 498P9Z in Russia. The model received a wide curved VA-matrix with an aspect ratio of 32: 9, diagonal 49 inch and Dual QHD 5120 x 1440 pixels.

The novelty can replace two standard 27-inch monitors with an aspect ratio of 16: 9 and a resolution of Quad HD. The screen has received DisplayHDR 400 certification, which guarantees the highest brightness up to 400 nits, maximum contrast and excellent color reproduction. There is a built-in KVM switch, thanks to which you can connect two computers to the monitor at once and quickly switch between them with a single button press.

The bending radius of the matrix is 1800 mm… The image refresh rate reaches 165 Hz. The matrix response time is 4 ms. Provides support for Adaptive-Sync technology, which allows you to synchronize the refresh rates of the screen and the video card. Philips 498P9Z will be on sale in August at a suggested price of 99,699 rubles. In the meantime, Philips’ new 4K TVs with Android OS and branded Ambilight were unveiled.
