On May 15, WhatsApp messenger introduced a new privacy policy. In short: user data will be sent to Facebook; many did not like it; do not agree with the new rules – your account will be blocked.

The new rules were not revised – they just removed the complete blocking and restrictions, if you do not agree with these rules.

We will continue to remind users from time to time and allow them to accept the update, including when they decide to use the relevant additional features, such as communicating with a company that receives support from Facebook.

Amid user dissatisfaction, Telegram and Signal downloads have grown. Messengers have convenient tools for transferring data and contacts.
