Mushkin Enhanced MFG has introduced a new series of high-performance solid state drives called Delta. The series includes 1 TB, 2 TB and 4 TB M.2 2280 SSDs. They are built on the Phison E16 controller, equipped with PCIe Gen4 x4 interface and support NVMe 1.3 protocol.

The 1 TB model claims a maximum sequential read speed of 4700 MB / s and a maximum sequential write speed of 2100 MB / s. Performance on operations with random access reaches 195,000 IOPS in read mode and 510,000 IOPS in write mode. The manufacturer estimates the resource at 200 TBW.
The 2TB drive achieves a maximum sequential read speed of 4975 MB / s. The sequential write speed reaches 3750 MB / s. Performance on operations with random access in read mode reaches 380,000 IOPS, in write mode – 650,000 IOPS. The drive resource is declared equal to 400 TBW.
Finally, the 4TB drive, which should become available a little later, according to the manufacturer, will be able to show a maximum sequential read speed of 4975 MB / s and a sequential write speed of 3975 MB / s. Performance on operations with random access reaches 700,000 IOPS and 650,000 IOPS for reading and writing, respectively. The drive resource is 800 TBW.
The drives are backed by a five-year warranty.
