The KickStarter website is raising funds for the Keyboardio Model 100 keyboard. Although the fundraising will continue for another 18 days, its goal has already been exceeded many times: hoping to raise at least $ 100,000, the authors of the project have already raised more than $ 500,000.
In the description of the keyboard, the emphasis is on ergonomics, the use of wood and mechanical switches in the design, the presence of a USB-C port and full-color backlighting. The Model 100 has 64 keys equally distributed between the keyboard halves. Of course, all keys are programmable. According to the developers, the shape of the caps created by them makes the work on the keyboard as comfortable as possible. Caps and switches are replaceable. There are three switch options to choose from: BOX White with acoustic and tactile feedback, BOX Silent Brown with tactile and BOX Silent Pink with linear.
The minimum deposit to qualify for a keyboard is $ 289. Shipping of the finished keyboards should begin in January next year.
