Oppo today officially unveiled the world’s first smartphone with an embedded eSIM that supports 5G SA autonomous networks. This is a new version of the previously released Oppo Find X3 Pro smartphone. 5G SA is a complete fifth generation network that offers the fastest speed and lowest latency.
This was achieved through technical collaboration with Thales, a supplier of eSIM connectivity management hardware. The company also helped Oppo launch the Oppo Watch with eSIM. The manufacturer said the phone allows for the simultaneous use of two traditional SIM cards and an embedded eSIM.
The Oppo Find X3 Pro is equipped with a 10-bit LTPO display with 1 billion colors and an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz, as well as a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC.
The smartphone supports 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 ultra-fast charging, as well as 30W wireless charging and 10W reverse charging. The Oppo Find X3 Pro is also equipped with a top-of-the-line microscope camera.
