Yesterday HUAWEI officially unveiled not only its main flagship smartphone of the year – HUAWEI P40 – and its “older brother” HUAWEI P40 Pro, but also the new Watch GT2e smart watch. The model received a 46-mm waterproof stainless steel case and a 1.39-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 454 x 454 pixels.
The basis of the smart watch is the proprietary Kirin A1 processor with support for Bluetooth 5.1 technology, thanks to which lower power consumption is achieved. For the life of the phone cares battery with capacity of 455 mAh. The manufacturer promises up to two weeks of battery life in normal mode, up to 30 hours with active GPS tracking and a day in music listening mode.
Like all similar models, the gadget is able to track the user’s physical activity, count the number of steps taken and calories burned, measure the heart rate, monitor the level of oxygen saturation in the blood, as well as receive incoming calls, display notifications and control music playback.
You can listen to music without connecting to a smartphone – 4 GB of internal memory is enough to store up to 500 songs. Meanwhile, Panasonic has announced a “wearable clean air generator”.
