What kind of tablets?

The three models are quite different in their characteristics. And there are even amazing moments there.

Huawei MatePad 11

The tablet received a system-on-chip Qualcomm Snapdragon 865. It is unexpected to see it here due to the fact that it is a product of an American company. It turns out that US sanctions apply only to components operating in fifth-generation networks, and the 865th does not support them. And what can I say: all tablets on the Russian market are only in Wi-Fi versions.

The tablet received a 10.95-inch IPS-screen with a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels. The display has a DCI-P3 color gamut, as well as certifications confirming that the display is not blue. The image refresh rate is 120 Hz.

A conventional 7250 mAh battery is quite common for tablets. It allows you to watch videos for 12 hours.

Four speakers tuned by Harman Kardon are responsible for the sound, as well as four microphones directed in different directions. There is also a camera, the main resolution is 13 megapixels, and the aperture value is F / 1.8. The front camera has a resolution of 8 megapixels.

Huawei MatePad Pro 10.8

This tablet also runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 system-on-chip. It is only available in one version – 8/128 GB.

The characteristics are similar: the resolution of the IPS-display is the same 2560 × 1600 pixels, but the display itself is slightly smaller – 10.8 inches. The screen occupies 90% of the front panel area. The cameras are exactly the same.

The tablet is relatively thin and light: 7.2 mm and weighs 460 grams.

The battery is exactly the same: 7250 mAh. It is charged by wire from a 40W power supply. There is 27W wireless charging and 10W reversible wireless charging.

The speakers are also tuned by Harman Kardon.

Huawei MatePad Pro 12.6

The flagship tablet received a 12.6-inch OLED display. It has a high contrast ratio of 1,000,000: 1 and a DCI-P3 color gamut. In addition, the display has a color rendering ΔE <0.56. As with the smaller version of the MatePad Pro, the screen takes up 90%. The resolution is exactly the same - 2560 × 1600 pixels.

But the differences went further: instead of Qualcomm, it has its own 5-nanometer Kirin 9000E system-on-a-chip. There are eight speakers tuned by Harman Kardon.

The battery is massive: nominal capacity is 10,050 mAh. The charging figures are identical to the younger version: wired 40 W, wireless – 27 W in one and 10 W in the opposite direction.

All tablets run on their own HarmonyOS operating system. Pre-orders for devices will open on July 20.
