The AnTuTu benchmark team has published ratings of the best Android smartphones in terms of price-performance ratio in different price categories as of May 2021.
There is no trace of the previous dominance of Xiaomi and ecosystem brands in the first places of the ratings. In the most budgetary category, up to 1999 yuan ($ 312), the first place was taken by the Realme Q3 Pro in the 8/128 GB version, in the second place is the Redmi Note 10 Pro, and in the third place is the Motorola Edge S.
In the 2,000 to 2,999 yuan ($ 313 to $ 468) category, the Redmi K30S Extreme Commemorative Edition with 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of flash is the leader – the only first place awarded to the ecosystem brand Xiaomi.
In the 3,000 to 3,999 yuan ($ 469 to $ 625) category, the iQOO 7 comes first with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of flash storage.
In the 4,000 to 4,999 yuan category ($ 625 to $ 781), the Meizu 18 Pro with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of flash took first place.
Among the most expensive smartphones with a price above $ 782, the Oppo Find X3 Pro reigns with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory, in second place is the Vivo X60 Pro + with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of flash memory, and the third is taken by the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra. 8/256 GB.
