The owner criticized the car almost immediately after purchase
Sales of the Xiaopeng P7 electric vehicle kicked off in China last month. They pinned high hopes on this model and called it the Tesla killer, but in fact, it turned out that Xiaopeng P7 turned out to be very raw.
Extraneous noises, incomprehensible shaking of the pedals and steering wheel, Bluetooth inoperability, the mileage is much less than stated, the trunk that does not open and then does not close wirelessly – this is not a complete list of problems that Mr. Wang had to face during the short period of using the car. The owner did not put up with this and drove the car to the company’s service center. As you can see in the photo, the electric car is literally hung with A4 sheets, which indicate all the flaws.
Mr. Wang, by the way, turned out to be a loyal customer of Xiaopeng – he bought two inexpensive Xiaopeng G3 electric crossovers and one Xiaopeng P7. Apparently, he had no complaints about the G3 model. The owner repeatedly turned to the dealer to troubleshoot the Xiaopeng P7, but it didn’t help in any way – it just had to go to the service again and again.
Interestingly, the dealer’s employees did not appreciate the share – the owner was taken to the local police station for investigation.
