The Taiwanese company ASUS has officially presented a new mini-computer with the corresponding name – Mini PC PB62. The body of the model complies with the American military standard MIL-STD-810G, so that the novelty is able to withstand pressure and temperature changes, vibration, shaking and other hardships and adversities.

The dimensions of the mini-computer are 175 × 175 × 42 mm… Weight – 1.3 kilograms. The device is based on an eight-core, sixteen-thread Intel Core i7-11700 processor, operating at clock frequencies from 2.5 to 4.9 GHz. It is possible to install up to 64 GB of RAM and three drives at once: two solid-state – M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4 and M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4, as well as a 2.5-inch hard drive.

The graphics are only integrated, but quite productive – Intel UHD 750 with support for 4K output resolution. There are USB Type-A and USB Type-C ports, a pair of DisplayPort 1.2, Ethernet, a universal connector for installing an additional LAN port, DisplayPort or D-Sub. And yesterday inexpensive wireless headphones with aptX HD – Sound Blaster JAM V2.
