In a new report, Min-Chi Kuo claims that Apple intends to release an augmented reality headset in the second quarter of 2022. Earlier it was reported that the headset will be presented in 2023.

The headset will use Sony microLED displays with transparency for augmented reality content and opacity for virtual reality content.

15 cameras will be used, which will give users an “unforgettable experience”.

The weight of the device will be 200-300 grams, and the headset will not work without a computer. A fully autonomous device could appear in 2025, says Min-Chi Kuo.

The headset will cost about $ 1,000. Looking forward to the announcement?
