The American company Apple held an official presentation of the next version of the proprietary mobile operating system – iOS 15. The beta version of the OS is already available for developers, and the final version for ordinary users will become available this fall – probably together with the new line of iPhone 13 smartphones.
It should be noted right away that nothing particularly interesting and revolutionary has appeared in iOS 15 – so, a number of usual improvements and several new features. For example, the FaceTime video calling service now has a portrait mode and a grid view, support for spatial audio and voice highlighting against the background of extraneous noise.
Added the ability to create conferences and share links to them. Notifications in the Notification Center have become more compact. “Collections” have appeared based on the user’s habits of using applications. Added the Focus function, which helps to create scripts for demonstrating notifications. For example, in the “Work” mode, you will only be shown notifications from the selected “work” applications.
Meanwhile, a smartphone with NFC arrived in Russia for only 8990 rubles.
