Apple today announced it is expanding its Independent Service Provider (IRP) program. Small services, including those in Russia, will be able to submit an application and get access to instructions, original spare parts, as well as undergo training in the company.
The bottom line is that not all countries have an Apple Store, where you can come not only for a new device, but also for repairing an old one. In 2019, Apple launched a program that will allow small workshops access to genuine parts and company instructions.
Apply participation in the IRP program is absolutely free. If Apple approves it, then the service will receive original parts, a repair manual, the necessary tools and diagnostics, as well as free training.
The owners of small service centers who have become participants in the program are happy about this opportunity. According to them, this is a huge advantage for both business and customers, who are guaranteed to receive original parts with the correct installation.
By the end of 2021, the program is planned to be launched in 120 more countries.
