Samsung has updated the Galaxy Tab A 8.0, which was released in 2019. The update brought him the latest One UI 3.1 based on Android 11 with a redesigned interface and many new features.
More precisely, here we are talking about One UI Core 3.1 – a somewhat lightweight version of One UI 3.1. But even here we are talking about a new interface, a new keyboard, additional security and privacy features, as well as improved performance, which will not be superfluous for a tablet based on an old SoC Snapdragon 429.
At the moment, the update has started for the Filipino SM-P205 models, but we should expect to see other markets in the near future.
