The Taiwanese company Acer has officially unveiled the new ultra-compact laptop Swift X. The device is enclosed in a metal case only 1.76 centimeters and weighing 1.39 kilograms. The novelty received a 14-inch IPS-display with a resolution of Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels, which occupies 85.7% of the inner surface of the lid.

The laptop is based on the AMD Ryzen 7 5800U processor. It is an eight-core, sixteen-thread chip running at a base clock frequency of 1.9 Hz and capable of overclocking to 4.4 GHz. A discrete Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics card is responsible for graphics processing. Provides 16 GB of RAM and 2 TB of permanent memory on a solid-state drive.

The laptop battery has a capacity of 59 Wh. In Europe, the Acer Swift X will go on sale in the middle of this summer at a price of 899 euros, which, at the current exchange rate, is about 80,600 rubles. Meanwhile, affordable laptops-flip HP Pavilion x360 are offered at a price of 39,990 rubles.
