Xiaomi recently unveiled a new budget smartphone, Poco M3. The company said that in the first half-hour of its sales, 70 thousand devices were purchased.
Notebookcheck has calculated how much money Xiaomi made in those 30 minutes. The usual price for Poco M3 is $ 149, but the price at the start of sales with a discount was $ 129 (for the basic version with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of permanent memory). This means that Xiaomi has raised at least $ 9 million in the half-hour after the launch.
Recall that the Poco M3 received a 6.53-inch FHD + screen, a 6000 mAh battery, a Snapdragon 662 processor, a 48MP camera with a primary sensor, an 8MP selfie camera, and 18W fast charging.
